Return Policy:

We want you to love your Wavytalk purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  1. Products must be in original packaging with all accessories included.
  2. We cannot accept returns on heavily used items.
  3. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a product quality issue.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 10–14 business days for processing.

All products are backed by our 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
